2020-Q1 Daily Success Planner: Dated, 300 pages – Size 8.5×11

This is the 2020-Q1 Dated 90 Day Daily Success Planner, size 8.5×11 with yearly, monthly, weekly and daily planning sections. The Yearly, Monthly and Weekly Planning Sections come with a two page overview spread. 

Designed by Marcello Ponti, this Organizer, Planner and Journal in one, is not only pretty to look at, but it has all the sections and pages you need to help you stick to your goals and resolutions.

This planner has 300 pages, with the following sections:

Personal Identifier Page + Birthdays and Important Dates Pages + Wish-list Pages

PERSONAL INFORMATION

This is the page where you’ll personalize your planner with your name, phone number, and email. Just in case it would get lost or you would forget it somewhere.

BIRTHDAYS & IMPORTANT DAYS

In this section of the planner you have a page to register birthdays and your most important days for the coming 12 months, plus a lined blank page to take some notes or add additional information.

WISHLIST

In this section of the planner you can capture all your desires and wishes for the most important things you want or need during the first quarter of 2020. This wish-list serves as a lead into more important resolutions or goals, or even turn into major goals. But at the initial stage of your journey they just help you to capture the things you want or need.

Some might be trivial, but that’s okay because it’s nice to have a place in your planner where you can just jot down what comes to mind, without having to turn it immediately in a goal or resolution. Others might become so important that you’ll want to move them into the goals and resolution section, or even turn them into Major Goals, but it’s not a must. This is just a freewheeling place for your mind…;)

GOALS & RESOLUTIONS

In this section of the planner you’ll note all the goals and resolutions that come to mind (think bullet list…;). You can set a date by when you want to either start the goal, or the date by when you want to have it achieved (or both). And there is a column with a Yes or No tick box.

Goals & Resolutions Pages + Major Goals Section Pages

MAJOR GOALS PLANNER

In this section of the planner we created space for up to 5 Major Goals. There is one page for each Major Goal plus a blank lined page to expand on your initial thoughts and ideas to create sub-tasks, sub-goals, and milestones.

On the top of the page it has a box section to write out your Major Goal Statement. Next to it is a Start + End date box. Below you have a space to note your initial Action Steps, also with start and end dates. There is a section for notes and initial ideas on how to accomplish your goal, and a Milestones section, so you can keep track of the important accomplishments while you are on your way to complete successfully the goal you have set.

The additional blank page that comes with each Major Goal Planner page serves to brainstorm or expand on ideas, ie.: if you want to turn your Major Goal Statement into a S.M.A.R.T. Goal Statement or to capture ideas when your mind gets inspired with interesting thoughts, ideas, opportunities and possibilities.

This section is different to the previous Goals & Resolutions Section where you write down all your goals and resolutions that come to mind. This Major Goals Planner Section is designed to keep focus on your MAJOR LIFE CHANGING GOALS. Those that will make a difference to your health, wealth, relationships or any other important plans you will make for the next 12 months, but chunked down into goals and tasks you want to accomplish in the first quarter of 2020.

Yearly Planner Pages + Monthly Planning Sections and Pages

YEAR PLANNER

This is the 2020 Yearly Planner Section. From the launch of a new project to your holiday planning, this part of the 2020-Q1 Dated 90 Day Daily Success Planner serves to have an easy full year overview for your most important plans and projects that are coming up during the year 2020. There’s also an extra blank lined page to note some additional remarks.

MONTHLY PLANNER

In this part of the 2020-Q1 Dated 90 Day Daily Success Planner, you’ll find twelve monthly planning sections where you can jot down all your important projects, goals, notes and to do’s for each month. Each month has a 2-page month overview followed by a blank lined note page to jot down some extra information on topics that need a highlight.

Each monthly planner section is followed by the weekly planner sections for the specific month, and the weekly planner sections are followed by the daily planning sections for each week. This way you’ll have your full month, the related weeks, and the related dates all together in a perfect time flow.

The advantage of having a monthly planner section combined with weekly planner sections for that month, and then the daily pages for that week is that it’s easier to jot down upcoming tasks without fixed dates in the monthly section rather than in the weekly sections or daily pages.

Unless you are sure about the dates you’ll have time to work on the project, you’ll soon will find out that it’s easier to use the monthly and weekly sections to plan your major projects and goals till you’ve fixed a date to work on the task, meeting or project.

Once you’re sure you can schedule the time to work on it, that’s the moment when you’ll want to move the task, meeting or appointment into the daily schedule page. This keeps your planner clean and lean as it avoids having to reschedule your planning when your time prediction where a little off, or something unforeseen came up to make a mess of your initial planning…;)

Weekly Planner Pages + Daily Planner Pages

WEEKLY PLANNER

This is a handy week overview, perfect to work on big chunks of your goals and projects. Also great as a quick weekly overview of your schedule, goals, and most important meetings and tasks. Plus it comes with a weekly habit tracker to track five of your most important habits that you want to monitor or change.

The weekly planner sections are on a 2-page per week spread, including:

  • Your Week Overview
  • Most important Appointments
  • Most Important Tasks
  • And a Habit Tracker for up to 5 habits you want to track

Note that this habit tracker can also be used when you are working on a specific project or goal that will remain an important focus point throughout your week.

DAILY PLANNER

This is the part you’ll use the most in your 2020-Q1 Dated 90 Day Daily Success Planner. The daily planner pages come on a 1-page per day spread. The main section is for planning and noting your daily schedule, but it includes sections for your:

  • Most important Appointments
  • Most Important Tasks / To Do’s
  • Meals planning & glasses of water tracking
  • Free-flow box
  • Quick notes

The free flow box is perfect to make your major goal or MIT (Most Important Task) of the day stand out. However, many like to use it for a motivational quote, a daily affirmation, mantra, drawing, or doodle. Obviously you can use it for anything you like…;)

Monthly Habit Tracker Pages + Notes or Journal Pages (with 2 Index Pages)

HABIT TRACKER

At the end of each month is a Habit Tracker Section, where you’ll have a handy overview of all the habits you have completed (or not…;) for each day and each week of the month. These can also be used for tracking of your most important tasks, and to analyze if you are procrastinating on some tasks, which ten allows you take appropriate action to adjust your plan in achieving your goals.

JOURNAL & NOTES SECTION

This part completes the 2020-Q1 Dated 90 Day Daily Success Planner. There are 2 Index Pages and 40 lined Note Pages to capture ideas, elaborate on projects and plans. You can also use these as a Journal or Journal Pages to write about your deepest thoughts from the new achievements you’re going to accomplish in the next 3 months.
